Highly not recommend Nothing special i went there by myself and the workers on the reception didn’t take care of me they are so rude and tuff highly not recommend i saw by myself some patients just finished the Transplant i wouldn’t do it there the shape was tragedy, the value expensive 3 times from the others and nothing is special waste of money, it is just flashiness, I made a visit for many other it was better and normally. I won’t do in this place even for free this is my practical opinion.

Bad communications, I had to beg them to answer my emails weeks after asking them questions.
They give you a whats app contact but it is same thing as email, not responsive.

AVOID! Poor service , unprofessional Staff. the guarantee they give after the transplant means nothing! The aftercare shampoos they provide hardly work (they sell you these after the transplant with the vitamin tablets which you end up paying another £300 / £400 on top of the transplant cost!

I had my procedure about 2 years ago. I wasn’t happy with the result. They kept telling me to wait but there hasn’t been any improvement. I tried to contact them couple of months ago but they pretty much ghosted me.

now time to update about the results … there is a bit of imperfection on the hair transplant. so i am reducing the score to 1/5 there is a big patch on the back of my head on the donoar area and also on the sides . In addition the scalp looks very light . also some hair has been taken from my beard under the jaw , now beard so think so i have to shave and keep it like that . already i have very less hair on the beard and dont know why they harvested the hair from the beard…. now i realise better not to go for a hair transplant , just need to take propecia/dutasteride for a good number of months that is enough

Beware of these lot!!!
I had my transplant 15 months ago- results are very poor! (See in my latest pic on Instagram) the staff was very Unprofessional laughing & giggling like children at the time of transplant , they missed a whole area out of my hair line, I am try to get in touch with them & they are just ignoring me avoiding me, very bad customer service ! Was contacted by a Mike from the UK. He requested pictures from me several times. When I sent him pictures and an email with questions, I received no reply, but he did make a phone call. I picked up and was shocked by his nervous tone of voice and bad attitude towards me, apparently due to one of my questions; if he or Cosmedica didn’t want to answer it, they could have been diplomatic or just ignored it, but he insisted on suggesting that I was wrong to ask it. He claimed that he read my last email and sent me a response, but I had not received it from him or Cosmedica. I tried to explain to him that I was going out, but he insisted to try and sell me a hair transplant with Cosmedica in a seemingly desperate attempt at using a salesman technique. I was forced to be more instant just to get him to stop talking and off the phone because I needed to leave and was expecting another phone call. Cosmedica can do better than partner/employ such a person who obviously has no idea about customer service.

Poor service do nor recommend these at all , all they want is your money no sign of them after the transplant & the guarantee certificate they give after doesn’t mean nothing at all! Very bad expierence
