Just be very careful first dr balwi never perform the operations it is typical techician and black market clinic.. i was talking with my friend from Turkey and he is a doctor he said that dr balwi is not a Turkish doctor or maybe he is not a doctor i am not sure he is from Syria and there is no under name elitehairtransplant clinic in Turkey!!! They have just web site before the choosing your clinic always look the doctors certificates Ishrs Abhrs etc and ask them certificates ! This is not a game this is health! Good luck

My name is Victor from Spain and I would like to share with you my experience with the DR.Balwi Elithairtransplant clinic in Instambul two months ago, November 2017.
At first I was informed via email that in my case I would graft some 2500 follicles, but once there when analyzing my hair (the analysis was at first glance), they saw that it would be necessary to graft 4500 follicles instead of what they told me, basically , because of the number of hair in each follicle.
Until this point everything is more or less ok, the “best” comes next.
First of all I would like to say that all the staff was friendly at all times …
During the first 3 hours I was pretty good while the nurse removed the follicles from the back, but my problem began when they began to put them in the front and that anesthesia did not take effect.
You have read well, the anesthesia did not work properly to me (neither a man from Germany of whom I have contact today).

Such was my pain that I started crying and asking for more anesthesia, but after putting more than 13 punctures I kept noticing everything, on the other hand they gave me a pill to sedate me since I started getting very nervous to the point that I was shaking fear, although the nurse believed that I was getting cold …:?
Even so, they put all the follicles on me, or at least that’s what they told me, I was in such a state of shock that they could have given me the hair of others.

On the other hand, I asked them in English why it hurt so much and they only spoke in Turkish each other, they just told me that there was nothing left and that they were working …: shock:

In addition, I felt cheated because they sent me several email where they informed me that Dr. Balwi would be the person in charge and not another doctor and less even a nurse.

Staff of the hotel were more than used to seeing people recently operated and are quite friendly and helpful.

I would like to finish by saying that I do not pretend to frighten or discourage people, but after reading in all forums so many good cases and none bad I feel that I have to write my experience and let the people know that sometime everything can happen.
