Hair of Istanbul Cost

Not all that great. And they keep blocking my review because it isn’t 5 stars. So beware other bad reviews won’t be posted here.

These people are unprofessional they made me miss my plane. They had all my flight details I even called sura and Ahmed to confirm that I was leaving tomorrow. No one showed up to take me to the airport thank God I had some Turkish lira to take taxi to the airport which cost me 250 lira. The clinic they’re rude MR Ahmed the finance guy will try to make money Off you. They don’t have English speakers to translate I was so scared during the surgery because they were speaking Turkish to each other.

After having viewed the before and after pics on the company’s IG page on which the results looked amazing (and somewhat hard to believe), I made contact with the company. As requested, sent pictures of my head from different angles (including a clear picture of the donor are) and I pretty much immediately got a quote for the hair transplant which included the three nights stay in a hotel. However, when I asked whether it would be possibly to extract that many grafts (as it was a high number of grafts I required), I quickly realised the person replying didn’t seem to have a clue what he was talking about. He gave me a quote based on 5000 grafts but when I asked about whether it would be possible to get that number of grafts considering my donor area, he replied I should know this myself (?!) I asked him to clarify what he meant and what I can do to calculate this, he replied it won’t be possible for him to tell how many grafts I have until they put the fue machine on my donor area (well inconveniently enough I don’t own one!). So after he said I need to look in the mirror and work out how many grafts I have. Again, previous to the above exchange of messages I had sent him pics of my donor area so I am not entirely sure how I would be able to better calculate this myself better than him. The company also doesn’t have a website. All seems a bit too unprofessional for me and I would stay away. Make sure you take out your health insurance if you’re planning on using this place

I first noticed Hair of Istanbul because for their great results, but what made me pick them was their dedication to customers and their support. I started talking to them on whatsapp and instantly felt reassured and confident about doing the surgery with them. During my time in Turkey everything went well. Murat and Andre were always present and helpful. The hotel was very comfortable, the hospital and clinic were very luxurious. On the day of the surgery, everything went smoothly, all the staff was very nice. Although I can’t see the results yet, I’m confident it be great. Big thanks to Murat and Andre!
