I think you know like everyone else that good reviews are written after receiving a payment. Of course, this does not mean all hair transplant clinics pay for good reviews. But since these good reviews are confusing, we will focus on bad reviews.

I went to consult with Hermest on October 26, 2020 about the places in Altunizade. During the consultation, it was said that doctors do not attend the surgeries and only nurses and other ‘health personnel’ participate, which is illegal. In addition, the nurse who participated in the operation, Ms. s**, and the employee named e** B**, who met with potential customers, said, ‘Even if the doctor participates, he will stop for 15 minutes and will go without the main operation, but the money received from you will be ten times’. I was not satisfied with this answer and asked additional questions. Ms. e**, who did not like the questions, said, ‘You are very confused, I think you should not have an operation’. She was unaware that I was there to get answers to my questions.

Despite all this, I made an appointment for October 30, 2020. Ms. Ms. E** asked for a ten payment of 1.000 Lira and a photocopy of my ID, at which time the banks were closed, so we agreed that I would send the photocopy of the money and ID the next day. Today, on October 27, 2020, when I looked at the account number, I saw that the account was Ms. e**’s personal account number and I asked for the account number of the clinic, saying that I would not pay here. After this request, Ms. e** said that there was no availability on October 30, as if the correspondence and phone calls we made 12 hours ago never happened.

In 2019, I had a hair transplant at the Hermest hair transplant center. Welcoming and interest are good, but unfortunately, only 3400 grafts were transplanted, although there were enough roots in the donor area. Although only the anterior areas were planted, it did not completely cover the area because few grafts were planted, and there is a sparse appearance. When I got back to them about this, they made a statement that they left it for the 2nd session, that they did not want to take too much, if we took too much, the donor area would be offended. Frankly, this seemed like a bit of a commercial explanation to me, so they are saying, come, give me money again, let’s plant it again. However, when I looked at my friends who had transplantation in other hair transplantation centers, I saw that there were places that did excellent work in one session. Even though there are enough roots in a single session and in such an hour, only 3400 grafts of hair transplant is really very little compared to other clinics. There are places that can plant between 6000-7000 in a single session. Therefore, it is not a satisfactory clinic in this regard.
