I think you know like everyone else that good reviews are written after receiving a payment. Of course, this does not mean all hair transplant clinics pay for good reviews. I am leaving this review to make people aware that when a surgery goes wrong, how unhelpful Longevita can be. I underwent a hair transplant in October 2018 and it is one of my biggest regrets in life! I had used Longevita before for a hair transplant, which was successful. I then returned a second time to have an additional 2000 grafts transplanted. The second time the surgery was completed and I was back to the hotel within 4 hours, when the surgery should have taken 6-8 hours. This led to me having serious head trauma, which resulted in big bald patches all around my head. Two years later these bald patches have not improved. Since the second transplant I have spent over £2000 on SMP and PRP treatments to try and camouflage the bald spots, but the bald patches are so big the procedures are not working. Longevita are the middlemen and do not take and responsibility when something goes wrong. Please be careful! I had only asked for £700 compensation, which is nothing, considering they have destroyed my appearance!

Ruined my Life! Botched Hair Transplant! During the sales period i said i had concerns as afro hair is said to be hard to transplant. The sales person told me everything i wanted to hear ‘dont worry, expert in afro hair, latest technology, no scarring.’ All lies! Now i have to walk around for the rest of my life with this terrible permanent scaring on top of a bald head because all the rafts fell out. Stay well away!

I left a review on bf but it was deleted so I leave it here. My friend had a transplant 16 months ago. The transplant went badly wrong. He was left with lots of scaring on the back of his had, which affected of course his personality and mental health. His hair is very sparse, it looks worse than before the transplant. The aftercare is awful. At first, before paying he was contacted all the times, after surgery they stopped contacting him. I live with him and I see the negative impact this surgery had on him. He was promised to have someone calling him to discuss the issue 3 weeks ago and up to date no one called him. I left, as I said a review on fb, and not only it was deleted Longevita blocked me. This company is the worse, so please don’t be fooled.

Where do I start??? FIRSTLY DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!! Don’t be surprised if they’re overly nice and attentive at the start because its only to take your money, this soon stops after the surgery. I had 4000 grafts in one session which I now know is not to be done. (traumatic to the scalp/advised by UK surgeons after the horrific results) I believe my procedure went over time and towards the end I felt like the surgeons (there was 3 at one point and I could here them huffing and puffing) were rushing the last and main part of my procedure, the crown which now looks exactly the same as it did before. Its been 15 months now and I’ve been to see 2 separate surgeons here in the UK and this is what they both said to me… THEY COULDN’T SEE WHERE THE 4000 GRAFTS HAVE BEEN PLACED 4000 GRAFTS WAS TOO MUCH AT ONE TIME ADVISED ON 2000-2500 AT ONE TIME BUTCHERED MY DONER AREA THEY IMPLANTED THE HAIRS TO CLOSE TO MY HEALTHY HAIR AT THE FRONT WHICH HAS NOW DAMAGED THOSE PERMANENTLY THE CROWN AREA IS LITERALLY NON EXISTENT ITS A BAD HAIR TRANSPLANT DONT COUNT ON IT LOOKING ANY BETTER IN 18 MONTHS + (WHICH LONGEVITA KEEP TELLING ME) This has been the worse experience of my life, please do not use this company!!! Ive have 3 friends who also had transplants after me at different companies and theirs look so much better in comparison to mine. Longevita have offered to rectify this but why on earth would I go back to a company that messed it up in the first place???? Ive asked for a refund, but now they are just ignoring me.

I have spend over £2K 2 years ago, my transplant hair only start falling. I’ve tried to contact their medical team they are giving me a stupid excuse may be it’s seasonal problem etc but my natural hair is completely fine. They also offered 25 years Warranty now they backing off. Please don’t waste your money.

Very good service; they were warm and helpful, but very disappointing results. 7 months on and it’s not looking good at all… Would potentially have to spend an extra £1000 on additional treatments. What a shame.

Do your research before you go with Longevita, they won’t post my previous review as it makes them look bad. But it’s the honest truth, they are bad and unprofessional, it’s a numbers game for them. I paid £1500 for 2500 graft and only received 1000 graft or less. The result of my transplant is disappointing. I wasn’t expecting to rock an Afro, they literally gave me a hairline and left the rest.
