I don’t recommend this place to anyone who expects good service and quality. I used their PRP treatment service, unfortunately the experience was horrible. The staff isn’t trained well, once it took them 20 minutes to take my blood, they suceeded after 3rd attempt leaving 3 wounds in my arms. Please be warned about this clinic. I had a hair transplant over a year ago with no visible result. In actual fact my hair got worse. They transplanted over my healthy thick hair which then fell out and never grew back. The result is that my crown area is still bold and they rest of my hair became very thin and almost see through given it a very unnatural look. Once you start complaining about the result they just reassure you and ask you to give it more time. The give u a guarantee certificate that if you are not happy with the results that you can have another free transplant after a year which is worthless as they just stop responding to you. I went with my friend who also saw no results despite the pain and all the hardship we went through as the process is not easy

One of the worst hair clinic in Turkey. I did my consultation over my phone and they mentioned I can easily get around 3500 hair graft.
But when I arrived at Turkey, there was no vehicle or driver to pick me up from airport. I had to spend my money to reach clinic and there I was told I don’t have a good donor area. So they can only take around 1000-1500 hair graft.

Why didn’t they tell this earlier, so I could have thought about it. I felt bad and cheated.
The clinic was a mess, the tools were dirty and you can find a blood stain on floor.
Such a pathetic clinic. So i suggest to all those you are planning to get hair transplant don’t go after money look for reliable and prestigious clinic in your own country.

I wont recommend anyone to travel to turkey for hair transplant.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS CLINIC! TRUST ME!!!
I worked very hard to save some money and do this surgery, but what it was meant to be a dream coming true, became my worst nightmare.
I flew from Australia to Istanbul in July 2018 to get my hair transplant done. After over 1 year after surgery I can tell that the results are HORRIBLE! I even got some more bald patches that weren’t there before surgery. There are a big gaps between my hair grafts on my front hairline, there is no density at all !! And my crown are is worse than before too. Apart from that, my surgery was not done by the doctor they said was going to do ny surgery, but for another people. They were very unprofessional, they were laughthing and talking on their language when I asked questions. They dropped some of their gear on the floor 3 times and used it again without properly cleaning it. I highly recomend you to stay away from them. Now they are offering me to come back and do a second surgery for free, but how can I trust them after this horrible experience? Its been more than a year that I only leave home wearing a cap. I dont attent to formal events anymore as I cant wear caps and Im too ashamed of how my hair looks like at the moment.
I can prove all of it with photos and messages. I wish someone could give me this advice before.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL !!! My soon to be husband had an appointment at them for hair implant. Because, I have thin hair, and wanted to look better at the wedding I decided for a PRP procedure. The day of the appointment a car picked us up at 7! ( the consult should have been at 8) but then we proceded to wait in the car until 8:30 for other customers. We arrived there late and he was rushed up into consultation and to begin (his procedure was 8 hours vs mine – 1 hour). I was left standing on the corridor with the mention that he will have a lunch break (leaving the hotel at 7 we couldn’t have breakfast!)
Now try to imagine I stayed on that corridor from 9 until 5:30 pm (8 hours!!!) time in which my boyfriend told them 4 times to not forget about my consult!
At 1 (the time of the lunch break) I wanted to contact him because until then no one consulted me. The receptionist was not speaking English! (Most of the people there don’t speak English!) I used the word “Manager” and, in less than 3 minutes, 2 English speaking employees came to take me to “my husband” who already had his lunch on a different floor while I was still waiting upstairs. I told him about my situation, but the English translator left and the doctor left also… from what we could understand in sign language.
I was offered the option to return the next day for my procedure but … really!?
So, if you fancy a trip to Istanbul, pay for flights, hotels, meals… to get your hair done, if you really, really want your hair done, don’t chose them!
P.S. they give medicine without knowing what it’s doing or how it should be taken. We asked for details and the guy told us “I’m not a doctor, I don’t know why we give you prednisone 16 mg, but we give to everybody”… magical logic! I encourage people to get informed, prednisone is proven to have no beneficial effect on the hair implants.

Reality is quite another story.

BEWARE OF MCAN’S REVIEW PROCEDURE:
At MCAN in Istanbul I was asked to write an online review on their computer conveniently opened at the review site, while still at the MCAN clinic and with a staff member waiting for me to finish writing – even without having seen the result of the treatment… (Imagine the pressure for some!). THIS review, however, is written after seeing the actual results of the surgical treatments, as I declined to write the review, while still at the MCAN clinic. I find that review procedure by MCAN quite unethical.

Twice I have been at MCAN in Istanbul:
1st time in August 2016 to have a hair transplantation and a mini facelift, which included many promises.
2nd time in March 2017 to have the surgical mistakes and broken promises corrected. This time new broken promises were added.

What is common for both visits are the continuous broken promises, surgical mistakes and amateurism. The lack of respect that I’ve experienced from MCAN’s work is upsetting.

1-2 months after the operation I tried to get a response from MCAN regarding my concerns – in vain. However, before I paid for the surgery MCAN was very responsive. They answered all my emails within hours and assured me that I would be “very happy with the result” etc. After I paid – my concerns were ignored.

For me, a facial surgery like this has required a great deal of trust. A trust which repeatedly has been broken by MCAN.

In March 2017 I went back to Istanbul to have some of MCAN’s surgical mistakes and broken promises corrected. This second journey turned out to be yet another mistake as MCAN’s attempt to correct their original faults only resulted in new mistakes.

I only want what I already paid for and for MCAN’s promises to be fulfilled – this has turned out to be difficult.

Be careful if you choose MCAN HEALTH to manage your surgical needs, or you will end up like me with a disappointing result, extra expenses and a lot of time and energy wasted.

If only MCAN’s work was at the same level as their face-to-face friendliness, the results might have been less disappointing.

I paid MCAN a lot of money to perform:
1. Hair transplant to cover crown area.
2. Lift of whole face without scars.
I got neither. In reality, I have paid MCAN to disfigure my face.

I am leaving this review to make people aware that when a surgery goes wrong, how unhelpful Longevita can be. I underwent a hair transplant in October 2018 and it is one of my biggest regrets in life! I had used Longevita before for a hair transplant, which was successful. I then returned a second time to have an additional 2000 grafts transplanted. The second time the surgery was completed and I was back to the hotel within 4 hours, when the surgery should have taken 6-8 hours. This led to me having serious head trauma, which resulted in big bald patches all around my head. Two years later these bald patches have not improved. Since the second transplant I have spent over £2000 on SMP and PRP treatments to try and camouflage the bald spots, but the bald patches are so big the procedures are not working. Longevita are the middlemen and do not take and responsibility when something goes wrong. Please be careful! I had only asked for £700 compensation, which is nothing, considering they have destroyed my appearance!

He was left with lots of scaring on the back of his had, which affected of course his personality and mental health. His hair is very sparse, it looks worse than before the transplant. The aftercare is awful. At first, before paying he was contacted all the times, after surgery they stopped contacting him. I live with him and I see the negative impact this surgery had on him. He was promised to have someone calling him to discuss the issue 3 weeks ago and up to date no one called him. I left, as I said a review on fb, and not only it was deleted Longevita blocked me. Where do I start??? FIRSTLY DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!! Don’t be surprised if they’re overly nice and attentive at the start because its only to take your money, this soon stops after the surgery. I had 4000 grafts in one session which I now know is not to be done. (traumatic to the scalp/advised by UK surgeons after the horrific results) I believe my procedure went over time and towards the end I felt like the surgeons (there was 3 at one point and I could here them huffing and puffing) were rushing the last and main part of my procedure, the crown which now looks exactly the same as it did before. Its been 15 months now and I’ve been to see 2 separate surgeons here in the UK and this is what they both said to me… THEY COULDN’T SEE WHERE THE 4000 GRAFTS HAVE BEEN PLACED 4000 GRAFTS WAS TOO MUCH AT ONE TIME ADVISED ON 2000-2500 AT ONE TIME BUTCHERED MY DONER AREA THEY IMPLANTED THE HAIRS TO CLOSE TO MY HEALTHY HAIR AT THE FRONT WHICH HAS NOW DAMAGED THOSE PERMANENTLY THE CROWN AREA IS LITERALLY NON EXISTENT ITS A BAD HAIR TRANSPLANT DONT COUNT ON IT LOOKING ANY BETTER IN 18 MONTHS + (WHICH LONGEVITA KEEP TELLING ME) This has been the worse experience of my life, please do not use this company!!! Ive have 3 friends who also had transplants after me at different companies and theirs look so much better in comparison to mine.
